Johor Darul Ta’zim FC (JDT) youngster Arif Aiman Hanapi set a new record after becoming the youngest player to start a match for JDT in the AFC Champions League (ACL).
He made the appearance at the age of 19 years, 1 month and 18 days when JDT took on Nagoya Grampus in a Group G match.
The previous record was held by Akhyar Rashid who was 19 years, 10 months and 4 days old in a match against Kashima Antlers in 2019. Luaskan Kuasamu Johor.
