“On behalf of the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM), I would like to thank Johor Darul Ta’zim FC (JDT) for sharing their training centre facilities with the Harimau Malaya squad for the upcoming central training camp in Johor Bahru.
“I personally see this as another contribution of JDT to Malaysian football. Having helped raise the profile of Malaysian football through their football development and branding, JDT’s gesture allows the Harimau Malaya squad to benefit from world-class facilities.
“Hopefully, it will also be an example to other local football clubs in developing their training centres with complete facilities like this because in the end, it will definitely help in improving the performance of players, thus further improving the level of Malaysian football as a whole. ”
