The opening of the JDT Medical & Fitness centre at the JDT Training Centre at Padang Seri Gelam, Johor dominated headlines of newspapers and online media.
The Medical & Fitness Centre, which includes a juice bar for healthy drinks and snacks, features two new Infrared Sauna machines, Functional Trainers, Smith Machines and medical equipment such as an Echocardiogram machine and a device for Hyaluronic acid and platelet-rich plasma therapy.
The new centre also includes an indoor running surface made out of high-density polyethylene and padded with rubber to reduce impact on the joints.
