Berita Harian reported the opinion of Sebastian Hassett, Head of Victorian Football Relations & Facilities that the Southern Tigers are already in a class of their own in this region’s football.

According to his comment on Twitter, he was excited by the team’s vision of always prioritising world-class infrastructure and hoped all teams would learn from JDT.

“No excuses, no squabbling, they simply push forwards. When you put football first, look what you can achieve.

“In my opinion, they’re setting the standard for our region. Bravo Tunku Ismail Sultan Ibrahim,” wrote Sebastian.

“Having worked around Malaysian football for some time, others should learn from JDT. It’s not just about money. It’s about the culture, the mentality — all the little things that add up.”
