JDT WORK TOGETHER WITH FAM FOR MALAYSIAN FOOTBALL DNA TOUR SERIES SOUTHERN ZONE

A Malaysian Football DNA Tour Series for the Southern Zone involving Johor and Malacca was held at Thistle Hotel, Johor Bahru today, 12 September 2020. A practical session through a partnership between Johor Darul Ta’zim FC (JDT) and Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) for the JDT U-12 and U-17 academy squads also took place at the JDT Training Centre at Padang Seri Gelam.

The tour series involved 120 participants who followed presentation sessions on the Malaysian Football DNA by FAM Technical Director Peter de Roo, coaching education by FAM Head of Coaching Education Unit David Abela, grassroots football by FAM Head of Grassroots Football Unit Samuel Siew, talent scouting by NFDP Technical Director Saad Ichalalene and youth football development by FAM Assistant Technical Director and Head of Youth Department Datuk Ong Kim Swee.
