    Jose Elmer “OJ” Porteria (/hoʊˈzeɪ ˈpɔːrtæriə/; born May 9, 1994) is a Filipino professional footballer who plays as a winger and attacking midfielder for Thai League 1 club Ratchaburi Mitr Phol and the Philippines national team.

    Born in the United States, he is a product of the D.C. United Academy. He moved to the Philippines in 2012 to play for Kaya and Ceres/United City, as well as the Philippines under-22 and under-23 teams.
