Johor Darul Ta’zim FC (JDT) ended the year 2021 on a glorious note by winning two trophies — the Super League and the Charity Cup — and competing in the AFC Champions League (ACL).
    The success of winning the league for the eighth time in a row ensured that JDT would continue to compete in the group stage of Asia’s best club competition for the fourth year in a row in 2022.
    Apart from the success on the field, JDT also succeeded off the field with sponsorship agreements and cooperation with local and international organisations such as UNICEF Malaysia, Aston Martin Racing Asia, Subway and F&N which proved the strength of the JDT brand.
    JDT also announced the construction of a mega integrated training center to produce more talent who could follow in the footsteps of Arif Aiman ​​Hanapi, who was named the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the 2021 season.
