Since being established in 2013, Johor Darul Ta’zim FC (JDT) have had a clear vision and it has been shared by the owner to the Southern Tigers fans.

Through a clear vision, all actions taken are in line in fulfilling the vision set. These actions are carried out by putting the right individuals in the right roles so that every matter could be done well and efficiently.
