A lot of things in football we cannot control… we cannot control the weather, bad pitch, early card in the third minute to my centreback and such.
We tried to contain the slow paced game of Pohang Steelers because they were transiting the ball very slowly, waiting for the moment. We were doing a very good job, but unfortunately they got the two penalties. We couldn’t come back despite controlling a lot of the ball in second half.
We had opportunities to convert and we didn’t. But I think the most important thing is the effort of the players. I need to check up on the players after today because it’s been three exhausting games. Most of them are tired and we are going to focus on the recovery.
